Project complete - Ipswich

The scope of works for this project included- 

-Isolation, draining down and degassing of all services.

-All asbestos containing materials removed ahead of soft strip demolition.

-Removal of 2 No Escalators and associated pit and floor infills.

-Structural openings were formed in the existing concrete floor slabs for the installation of a new customer steel staircase.

-Full strip out and demolition works to Ground, 1st and 2nd floors. -Partial strip out of Mechanical Plant on roof.

-Removal of Latex floor screed throughout.

-Any disturbed fire protection or encasement to existing exposed columns or beams reinstated.

-CCTV Survey to all existing drains.

-New high security separating wall constructed between proposed facias.

-Extensive repairs to existing lifts

-Replacement entrance doors and shopfronts.

-Repairs and decorations to all timber windows.

-Specialist DOFF cleaning to building façade.

-Full decoration of external surfaces.
