Sloane Curtis invest in new warehouse following continued growth.
Following three consecutive years of growth of circa 50% year on year, Sloane Curtis has made a further property investment in new warehouse facilities in Hertfordshire, benefiting clients and staff alike.
Located in Baldock, Hertfordshire, the new 560m2 warehouse complete with Mezz Floor, will allow more works to be carried out off-site which will benefit clients and the sites by:
Reduction in Waste materials
Shorter Build times
Controlled build environment
Less noise, dust and local disruption
The facility also enables us to hold bulk project materials off-site, freeing up workspace on site, saving time and money for our clients in the process.
The new facilities also allow us to secure our heavy machinery including forklifts, CNC machines and access equipment. A separate new training centre has been built to provide training facilities for staff and apprentices.
Sloane Curtis already own two other properties in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, housing head office staff and providing a central works facility for our skilled workforce.
This new investment is part of our long-term growth plan, helping to ensure that client projects are efficiently and expertly delivered.
