The refurbishment of Chiltern Care Home encompassed a comprehensive transformation aimed at enhancing the living standards and amenities for its residents. The project comprised multiple phases, each meticulously planned to minimize disruption while ensuring the continuity of care services.

• Reconfiguration of existing rooms to optimize space utilisation and accommodate modern care home standards.

• Construction of new Assisted Bathrooms including custom designed alcove walls, feature tiling and wet room flooring.

• Construction of new Lounge areas, Activities Room and a state-of-the-art Gym including the construction of feature fireplaces and installation of custom LVT feature flooring.

• Full Redecoration within each phase including common and residential areas.

• Installation of new carpet floor finishes throughout all bedrooms.

• Full reconfiguration of the reception area including new feature walls, custom joinery Café workstation and custom reception desk.

• Co-ordination of client appointed sub-contractors.
