Owned and operated by Midsummer Place Ltd who have appointed Ellandi to provide Asset Management services for the centre.
The unit totals circa 120,000 sq ft across 3 No. floors which are currently linked by escalators through a large opening formed by Debenhams to suit their layout.
Sloane Curtis has been appointed to split the former Debenhams unit into 3 No. individual units following tenant interest.
Scope of Works
Installation of Fire rated hoarding.
Removal of Escalators, infilling of pits and voids upon completion.
Infill existing riser voids.
Installation of new escape staircase.
Strip out of all walls/ floors/ ceilings/M&E etc back to shell.
Floor Grinding to remove all latent residue.
Installation of new passenger lift.
Installation of New Screeds following removal of beauty raised access floor.
Jumbo stud partitions to suit new layout and tenant demises.
Removal of 8M High Curtain waling.
Drainage for New Leisure, Gym and Fashion operator.
New sprinkler system and zone check valves to suit new tenant layout.
New Substation and Electrical supplies to New individual units – 200KvA in Basement. 240 kVA in Unit 1 Ground Floor, 2445 kVA in Unit 2.
New MCWS system.
Repairs to existing mall finishes.
