The fit out of the new Sports Direct and USC stores, with a combined sales floor area of circa 18,500 square feet across two floors, was instructed less than 2 weeks before works commenced on site. With careful planning, management and efficient procurement the works were immediately implemented to ensure the best use of the limited time afforded to complete the works. However, even with the added complications of being on a small island, the works were completed to a high standard and within the very tight programme.

New Mechanical and Electrical Services and a new platform lift were installed as part of the works together with new partitions, decorations, floor finishes, doors/frames and the multiple Brand specific Merchandising fit out works.
